This individual will be leveraging the distributor community to develop demand and distribution plans for the supply chain using the JDA suite of tools. Perfect candidate will be using JDA Demand Planning, Distribution, and Forecasting. This individual will be responsible for design factors, audit, governance, review, planning, solution enhancements. Must have great communication skills to sit down with vendors to plan and oversee inventory tracking and logistics. Salary: 90-100K, plus 16% bonus & 8K stock options Responsibilities Governance review of planning solution enhancements leveraging JDA Supply Chain software Participation in global workshops that foster solution innovations in the supply chain planning space Planning, facilitation and follow up for key stakeholder meetings around feature/functionality with JDA tools. Active participant in the planning and execution of the Supply Chain Integrator Council meetings Leading and driving out requirements, use case scenarios, impact assessments and cost/benefit analysis working with key stakeholders. Working closely with other ITR Supply Chain software teams to validate features through design reviews, testing. Investigation into our organization's initiatives and partnering with our solution providers to incorporate into the planning solutions. Review and update governance documents for the SC planning solutions Assisting project leadership in determining design approach, estimating/planning, setting technical direction, and identifying necessary resources for a project. Supporting other Supply Chain solutions around supplier relationship management, supply chain visibility, and product traceability throughout the software development life cycle The ideal candidate will have extensive experience gathering and documenting requirements, facilitating meetings, and delivering results. This person must be a highly organized, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment and have proven measurable experience with supply chain solutions and all aspects of the SDLC.
