The agriculture portfolio consists primarily of farm assets located in Nebraska. The Senior Real Estate Asset Manager will: Be the primary contact for client service on a select portfolio of farm and ranch assets. Coordinate and respond to client inquiries, requests, and property servicing needs. Work closely with trust officers, co-fiduciaries, co-owners and investors in the evaluation of sell vs hold recommendations to ensure the client's investment objective is achieved through the broad range of investment holdings. Maintain appropriate fiduciary risk management processes to ensure that Wells Fargo Bank fulfills its fiduciary responsibilities in accordance with policies, procedures, applicable governing documents and law. Examples include new business approval, annual inspections, ensuring client properties are maintained in excellent condition, payment of property taxes, placement of insurance, negotiation of sales/purchases/leases/easements, capital expenditures, etc. Validate service delivered by third party managers to ensure our client's interests are safeguarded and that their needs are met. Support multi-state front office sales efforts including preparation of relevant materials and participation in sales calls to demonstrate Wells Fargo Bank's competence in managing farm and ranch assets. Required Qualifications6+ years of real estate relationship management experienceDesired QualificationsAdvanced commercial real estate industry experienceStrong knowledge and understanding of asset managementStrong knowledge and understanding of wealth managementStrong organizational, multi tasking, and prioritizing skillsStrong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsOther Desired Qualifications 4 year degree 5+ years of professional farm management or related agricultural experience working in a team environment. Experience with a broad variety of farm and ranch properties is preferred. Nebraska Real Estate license is required. Professional designations such AFM, AAC, ARA, ALC are preferred. Fiduciary, Institutional or Banking experience is preferred. Comprehensive knowledge of farm and ranch transactions including purchasing, selling, leasing, crop share, direct operations and property exchange. Proven client service and client interaction skills. Requires knowledge of farm and ranch financial analysis, budgeting and accounting; ideal candidate possesses knowledge of trust and estate administration. Excellent organization skills and effective oral and written communication skills.
