We are looking for individuals interested in becoming an active/passive Real Estate investor.

DESCRIPTION:
Candidates have the opportunity to explore various aspects of Real Estate investing while working with mentors. While developing your portfolio, we offer internships as Sales Associates to assist in enrollment for our partnering real estate investing college as well.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Learn real estate investing strategies
? Network among other developing investors
? Develop investment goals
? Extensive training and support (Webinar training, lead generation training, affiliate training, presentation materials, marketing materials, etc)
? Implement lead generation strategies for new student enrollment
? Review and manage student roster
? Once certified and trained, may teach and train other marketers and be compensated for their expertise
COMPENSATION:
? Compensation paid twice a week!
? We have an UNLIMITED earning potential with training provided

REQUIREMENTS:
? MUST be willing to learn real estate investing strategies:
? Fix & Flip/Rehabs
? Short Sales
? Tax Liens
? Wholesales
? Buy & Hold

? Subject To Purchases
? Multi-Family Dwellings
QUALIFICATIONS:
? 2+ years of sales preferred but will train the RIGHT person
? Creative marketing
? Excellent oral, written, and communication skills
? Organizational skills
? Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
? Professional Appearance and Attitude
? Strong work ethic
? Ability to make Decisions and take Action
